Hello! My name is Wes Smith, and I am currently a Lead Instructional Designer at Bridgestone Americas, where I develop innovative strategies to enhance workforce capabilities by creating e-learning modules and curriculum design. I am passionate about design, education, emerging technologies, and helping individuals find their passion. I have extensive experience in both the corporate and higher education sectors. I am a doctoral student in the Leadership & Decision-Making doctoral program at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Before Bridgestone Americas, I served as an Assistant Professor and Studio Librarian at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
